Lake Havasu MPO approves administrative amendment to FY2026–2030 TIP
Summary

The Lake Havasu Metropolitan Planning Organization Executive Board unanimously approved an administrative amendment to the FY2026–2030 Transportation Improvement Program.
MPO staffer Miss Lajewski detailed the amendment: the multiuse path design cost increased from $40,000 to $52,660 and a local match figure adjusted slightly; the multiuse path project’s schedule moved from FY25 to FY26. Transit funding for two vehicle projects increased from $200,000 (with a local match of $35,294) to $400,000 (with a local match of $60,000). Project numbers cited were LHT25303 and LHT27302.
After a short public‑hearing period with no comments, the board moved, seconded and approved the amendment unanimously. Staff said the administrative amendment has no impact on the MPO’s federal apportionments’ physical constraints and that updated project sheets will be provided to RTAC and for internal tracking.
