House Appropriations advances a slate of bills; debates focus on funding sources, admin caps and a $50M wildfire loan fund

The Colorado House Appropriations Committee on an unspecified morning advanced a package of bills to the Committee of the Whole, adopting several amendments after debate about how programs would be funded and how much could be spent on administration.
