The City of Dripping Springs on July 15 postponed consideration of Variance 2025-002, a proposal from the Dripping Springs Sports Club (DSSC) that would allow a commercial building to exceed the 100,000-square-foot limit in Planned Development District 6. Council and staff said they still had not received a complete traffic impact analysis (TIA) needed to evaluate access and safety concerns, so they voted to set the matter for Sept. 2, 2025.
Applicant Drew Rose presented project updates including a revised landscape and screening plan, community town halls and formation of a community advisory committee.
