Council approves supplement to wholesale water agreement for Wildridge subdivision

Staff noted that the city previously entered into a wholesale agreement with the West Travis PUA about two years ago and that the supplement process is required whenever the city provides retail service under the wholesale agreement. The staff report on file described prior supplements and said the city already has an active retail water agreement with Wildridge.
One council member recused themself from the discussion. A council member moved to approve the supplement and a second was given; council voted in favor.
