The Board of City Service Commissioners approved the office of the city attorney’s proposed findings of fact in the discharge appeal filed by Brian Dean during its Jan. 27 meeting.
Frank Bach asked if commissioners had any comments or questions about the proposed findings; none were raised. A commissioner moved and another seconded to approve the findings as submitted; the board then recorded unanimous approval among those present.
The board did not record further discussion on the merits of the findings at this meeting. The filing and the formal vote to accept the office of the city attorney’s submitted findings were entered into the record.
