The PSAP renewal agreement (effective Sept. 1, 2025–Aug. 31, 2027) covers delivery of 9‑1‑1 emergency calls for county public-safety answering points. A companion interlocal will provide maintenance for the county’s 9‑1‑1 database and equipment. The court recorded that the contracts are renewals and that terms and maintenance responsibilities were consistent with prior practice.
A representative (Craig Slinger) was noted as participating by telephone. Commissioners approved both interlocal agreements by voice votes; no recorded roll-call was requested in the transcript.
