Donations and repairs: Commissioners accepted a $30,000 donation (corrected paperwork name to Pinnacle Gas Trading LLC) to buy materials and oversee bridge wing-wall work and the top surface for Anderson County Road 2608, a location recently damaged by stormwater and pipeline activity. County staff said contractors already repaired underlying pipe lines and that the donation will fund surface repairs once structural work is complete.
Architect selection: For the AgriLife extension services expansion at 519 North Stithmore Street, Palestine, staff reviewed two RFQ responses and recommended Architecture Underground, Inc. based on qualifications and local references. The court approved the recommendation and directed staff to negotiate a contract and price for consideration at the next meeting.
