"They will be received at the Daggett County Building ... until Tuesday, April 22 at 9AM local time, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened," Bart said. He also noted a mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held (with a virtual Zoom option) and that questions are due in writing by 5 p.m. on April 17 to the contacts listed in the advertisement.
Board members discussed logistics for the bid process, including where mailed bids should be delivered and whether the pre-bid meeting requires a separate, formal MBA agenda. The board agreed the posted bid announcement and the advertised Zoom option satisfied notice requirements and that the bid opening should be listed on the MBA agenda at 9:00 a.m. on April 22.
In other business the board approved routine minutes and financial reports. A board member moved to accept the cash summary and accounts receivable report (Fund 45 as of March 27, 2025); the motion passed. Later the board moved to accept the disbursement listing for the period March 24–28, 2025 in the amount of $290,627.95; that motion also passed.
The meeting opened at 9:18 a.m. and adjourned at 9:33 a.m.
