The Municipal Building Authority of Daggett County held a public hearing Tuesday to consider authorizing an annual renewable lease agreement and issuing $1,447,000 in lease‑revenue bonds (Series 2025B) to finance the lease of a health and social services center.
“ The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the Municipal Building Authority of Daggett County, Utah authorizing and approving an annual renewable lease agreement between the authority and Daggett County, Utah, authorizing the authority's $1,447,000 lease revenue bonds series 2025 b for the lease of health and social services center and related improvements,” an unidentified meeting moderator said at the opening of the session on March 25, 2025.
The moderator said the authority would also consider related documents including a ground lease, a master resolution and the security documents required in connection with the transaction. The moderator then asked if anyone wished to provide clarification or comment before the public comment period.
After opening the floor for public comment on the lease agreement and the proposed revenue bonds, the moderator reported there were no members of the public who wished to speak. The hearing concluded with no recorded public testimony and no vote or final action recorded during the public hearing. The moderator adjourned the meeting by acclamation at 9:20 a.m.
The record from this hearing documents the authority’s consideration of financing and related agreements; the transcript does not record a vote or a final decision to issue the bonds. Next steps, including any formal board vote or additional hearings, were not recorded during this session.
