Commission votes to enter redevelopment agency session and tables minutes for correction

Daggett County commissioners approved a procedural motion Jan. 20 to enter and immediately exit a Redevelopment Agency session and later tabled the minutes from the Jan. 13 meeting for clerical correction.
The chair asked for a motion "to go in and out of the redevelopment agency meeting," an unidentified member moved and another seconded. The chair took a voice vote; two members responded "Aye," and the motion carried.
Later in the meeting commissioners reviewed the draft minutes and identified a wrong heading date and other formatting issues. The clerk's office will review and correct the record; the commission agreed to table approval of the Jan. 13 minutes until the clerk has time to revise them for next week's meeting.
No ordinance, resolution, or substantive policy changes were taken during the redevelopment agency action; the item was a procedural motion to convene and then recess from the RDA portion of the agenda.
