Councilmember Bixell moved to approve a $25,890 professional services agreement with AE2S for the Well 4 electrical upgrade and to authorize the mayor to sign the related documents; Schubert seconded. The council recorded roll call votes in favor and the motion passed.
Joshua Campbell, sitting in for Chief Connell, described the TransUnion service for the council: "This is a national database that we utilize in investigations," he said, noting the department has used the tool previously and is requesting continuation of access. Councilmember Knight moved to approve the pricing supplement contract extension with TransUnion for TLO research tool services and to authorize the mayor to sign; Talich seconded. A councilmember asked whether a separate social-media lookup product was included in the purchase; Campbell said the department has access to social-media investigative tools via another avenue and does not need that module in this contract.
