At the end of the Dec. 8 work session the Idaho Falls City Council voted to move into executive session. A council member (Speaker 9) moved "to move into executive session called pursuant to Idaho code section 74-206(1)(f) to communicate with legal counsel . . ." and also cited Idaho Code §74-206(1)(b) to consider evaluation, dismissal or discipline of a public employee. The motion was seconded and a roll call vote was recorded; the presiding officer stated the motion carried.
