Baldry thanked partner organizations on the floor—Huntsman Mental Health Institute, the Utah System of Higher Education, and the Utah Department of Health and Human Services—and the Senate applauded the team's work. The remarks were framed as recognition and a request for funding, not as an enacted appropriation; the Chamber did not take an immediate funding vote during the session.
