The clerk also read nominations to the Colorado Lottery Commission (Michael Shea of Denver, effective July 2, 2025, term expiring July 1, 2029); the Colorado Racing Commission (Lori Scott of Commerce City to serve as a representative of the racing industry); the securities board (Andrea Gincha of Louisville, effective July 2, 2025, term expiring July 1, 2028); and appointments to the Public Employees' Retirement Benefit Plan and the State Board of Health (including Megan Hillman of Lamar for a term expiring March 1, 2027, Laura Shunk of Denver, and Deborah Fitch of Parshall for terms expiring March 1, 2029).
