Council reviews CIP items including turf replacement, ditch cleanup and Mogo rideshare renewal

Stormwater and ditch work: Staff explained the drainage/vegetation contracts were selected from an internal survey and prioritization process; staff said roughly 80% of city ditches need some level of vegetation removal and that an external ditch-assessment RFP is being prepared to better quantify ditch types (earthen vs. concrete) before larger remedial bids are let.
