Deb Miller, a CapMetro Access provisional rider, told the board Dec. 17 that removal of a stop on South 1st (near Lightsey) and other stop changes have reduced access for people using wheelchairs and asked the agency to restore service at that location or add a stop near 45th and Lamar. "We need a bus stop back on South 1st next to... Lightsey," Miller said, and urged a stronger travel-training program so peers can help riders use the system.
