Webb said the request covered a roughly 2-acre parcel and proposed a 2,100-square-foot building with three service bays, a sales office and limits on vehicles on site (27 total: 14 display, seven customer spaces and six awaiting repair). Webb also told the commission the structure had a stop-work order and structural issues that would require engineer-stamped plans and a building permit before reuse could proceed.
