The managers said they reduced a planned elimination of 17 vacant judiciary positions down to three and adjusted related funding across identified Judge program sequences. They added a House‑and‑Senate adjustment of $2,218,922 for the salary commission approved increases in FY26 only; the committee did not reach agreement on FY27 salary increases and directed managers to return to that issue in the next session.
Managers moved to pass the conference draft with amendments. House managers voted aye and the Senate managers concurred (with Member Awa excused). The chair announced the measure as approved by the conference committee.
