Trustee Cooney moved Resolutions 10.01–10.06 (buildings and grounds) and Trustee Schmidt seconded; the board approved the package by roll-call. During consideration, the chair clarified that item 10.06 is an exploratory contract to evaluate options and costs for a possible referendum to move junior-high students into a separate facility and emphasized the process would be slow and include public input.
Trustee Malue moved the finance packet (items 11.01–11.54).
