Senator from Fayette added, "She took that responsibility so strongly," describing Dale's dedication to constituent service and saying she treated everyone the same regardless of party. Senator Perry described a recent text from Dale and called her tenacious and cheerful.
Senator from Clark moved adoption of SR32. The presiding officer called for the ayes, and the clerk announced, "The ayes have it." The Senate adopted the resolution and observed a moment of silence.
The resolution notes Dale was a graduate of Callaway County High School and the University of Kentucky and that the clerk should transmit the resolution to Senator Greg Elkins for delivery to the family. No further action on the resolution is required; it is a formal expression of the Senate's condolences.
