Council adopts two appropriation ordinances and approves natural gas aggregation agreement

Harrison City Council voted Aug. 7 to adopt two appropriation ordinances affecting fire department and general fund accounts and approved a natural gas aggregation agreement with Constellation New Energy Gas Division LLC.
