The Administration Finance Committee of Machesney Park on Aug. 18 approved a warrant totaling $1,017,676.79 and voted to forward it to the full Village Board with a positive recommendation.
Trustee Vitale moved to approve the warrant and Trustee Stromberg seconded the motion. The committee vote was recorded as aye with no opposition. The committee chair said the warrant will go to that night’s board meeting with a positive recommendation.
At the start of the meeting the committee also approved the minutes from its Aug. 4, 2025 meeting after a motion from Trustee Roe, seconded by Trustee Simons. Later, Trustee Baines moved to adjourn and Mister Vitale seconded; the committee voted to adjourn. No members of the public addressed the committee during the session.
