Commissioners expressed that repeated warnings and the elapsed time warranted further enforcement while offering a limited period to remedy the condition. The commission directed staff to re-inspect the property in 30 days and return if "there hasn't been a dent" made toward cleanup; they said the county will pursue legal remedies if the ordered progress is not evident.
The commission also accepted the three landfill/dump tickets into the record as evidence of Pack's cleanup activity. The board did not set a penance amount at the meeting; the next step will depend on the staff reinspection and any follow-up legal recommendations.
