Kentucky Senate introduces multiple bills on health, voting, and criminal procedure

The clerk also read bills on forcible entry and detainer (SB83), a timely emergency response by coroners with an appropriation and emergency designation (SB84), designation of a special needs trust to receive state‑administered retirement benefits (SB85), and state and local collaboration with federal immigration enforcement (SB86).
