Board approves two Hall of Honor inductees, committee received 48 nominations

Brooksby described Orgill's longstanding music programs and Devarro's advocacy on bonds, facilities and community organizing.
Board members praised both nominees during discussion. A motion to approve the Hall of Honor recommendations was made and seconded; the board voted "Aye" and carried the motion.
The board did not identify a formal induction date during the meeting; the presentation explained the nomination and approval process (nominees not eligible if current employees, committee members, or board members).
