Applicant Jennifer Brody said recent, late edits had been provided to the applicant earlier the same day and that her counsel had not had time to review the latest language; she told the board she was "hesitant" to proceed without attorney review.
Mayor Shapiro offered, and trustees approved, a two‑week continuance to the next meeting so counsel can review the language and finalize any tweaks. The motion to continue passed without recorded dissent; the item will return to the board for final action after the applicant’s legal review.
