The City of Moorhead asked the Planning Commission to recommend approval of a conditional use permit to construct a pedestrian path and bridge within the floodway and flood fringe at the Bluestem Center for the Arts.
Assistant city planner Forrest Steinhoff described the project as a pedestrian connection between Moorhead and Fargo. Staff recommended approval subject to five conditions; no public comments were received during the hearing.
