Councilmember Davis summarized the Public Works and Planning & Zoning committee (Oct. 21), noting approval of change order No. 3 for RCS Construction (West Sunnydale Road reconstruction), change order No. 2 for Mainline Contracting (Westgate sanitary sewer project), minor plat approvals for Cedar Crossing lots and a floodplain development permit for 520 and 532 Line Road; those were also added to consent.
The consent agenda was moved by Schubert, seconded by Talich, a roll‑call vote recorded 'Aye' responses, and the motion passed. No items were removed from the consent agenda during the meeting.
