Box Elder council approves consent agenda, reassigns two committee seats

The mayor then moved to appoint Council member Kirk Beauchamp from the Public Works, Planning & Zoning Committee to the Finance, Legal & Public Safety Committee for the remainder of the term; that motion was similarly seconded and passed.
