The Jennings County School Corporation board approved a slate of professional and support‑staff recommendations, including multiple assistant and volunteer coaching positions, a district nurse and a transportation mechanic.
Unidentified Speaker (S3) presented the professional-staff recommendations and read individual names and roles, including Jason Carter (assistant swim coach), Justin Earl (volunteer assistant boys basketball coach), William Bill Lane (assistant girls basketball coach) and Peyton Moore (assistant swim coach). The board approved those recommendations by unanimous voice vote.
The board then reviewed and approved additional support‑staff and volunteer coach recommendations, which included Victoria Bowles (district nurse), Emma Campbell and others in paraprofessional and coaching positions, and Hunter Wildey described as a Jennings County School Corporation mechanic and assistant director of transportation. Many of the approvals were noted as contingent on pending hiring requirements.
All personnel motions passed on unanimous voice votes recorded as 5-0. The agenda materials and the meeting record list specific names for each recommended hire; the board did not discuss individual candidates in detail during the meeting.
The approvals finalize hiring recommendations and allow the district to complete onboarding processes subject to standard hiring checks.
