Council recognizes Black History Month; praises DPW storm response

Councilor Mack recognized the Department of Public Works staff for extended storm response, saying crews worked from Sunday into Tuesday morning to clear streets and open sidewalks for schools. Mack noted equipment must be switched to downtown operations and urged property owners to clear snow in front of their businesses to ensure customer access while acknowledging the city's efforts.
