A member moved to accept the consent agenda and another seconded; the presiding officer recorded the motion as carried after members present voted "aye."
The presiding officer's announcements during the meeting included differing names when recording movers and seconders (for example, the presiding officer recorded "Mister Grant" and "Miss Burrows" for one motion despite the spoken motion and second coming from the members who identified as Mister Grama and Miss Spiroz).
