Bradford County commission splits on procedural motion, approves consent agenda and names canvassing alternate

The Bradford County Board of County Commissioners handled a contested consent agenda and a personnel appointment after a lengthy public-comment period. Early in the business meeting Commissioner Dorothy moved to table consent agenda item D to allow further discussion with the county manager; the motion was seconded and failed, with the transcript recording a 2–3 result that left the board able to proceed.
