Separately, during consideration of a new on-site legal counsel job description and salary schedule, one trustee alleged inappropriate behavior by the district’s current outside counsel, saying the counsel had monitored trustees’ social media and that the firm billed the district heavily over a recent seven-month period. The trustee asked for that matter to be placed on a future board agenda for possible removal; trustees approved the job description and salary schedule at the same meeting.
