After the five-year forecast presentation, the board approved the consent agenda (items D1–D6) by unanimous vote. Later, a motion to approve invoices for Sept. 20–Oct. 17 totaling $3,492,694.38 carried unanimously.
The treasurer's report for September 2024 was approved by unanimous vote after staff reported revenues of $48,200,000, expenditures of $9,900,000 and an all-funds cash balance of $85,400,000 as of Sept. 30. The board then approved a new student activity account for Lincoln Way West to support mental-health-awareness and kindness-project supplies; the student-activities report noted a fund balance of $22,587,406 and monthly revenues of $503,782.
The board also approved appointments to the District 210 Advisory Committee. Each of these routine actions was recorded as a motion, a second, and a unanimous vote; no roll-call tallies with individual yes/no votes were provided in the meeting record.
