The committee also recommended a professional services amendment with "Fear and Piers Incorporated" (amendment amount $148,275) to complete an update to the transportation concurrency policy, which the council concurred with. Finally, the council concurred with a recommendation to approve Change Order No. 56 to contract 22163 with Pavetta Brothers Construction Inc. in the amount of $390,371.50 for Rainier Avenue South corridor improvements phase 4.
