Whitaker also referenced Texas Government Code sections allowing deliberation regarding appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties or dismissal of officers and employees and deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property. The committee returned to the Zoom link and open session at 6:10 p.m.; the chair then adjourned the meeting.
