After staff answered procedural questions and confirmed required red-line corrections had been made, Commissioner Broomfield moved to recommend City Council approval; Commissioner Erwin seconded. The commission conducted a roll call and recorded unanimous support; the motion passed.
The action taken is a recommendation to the City Council; the commission did not take final legislative action. The commission also recorded no public hearings or public comments on the item during the meeting.
