Hammond Planning Commission elects officers, approves minutes and reorganizes agenda

Chair opened new business and the commission voted to amend the meeting agenda to begin with CP26-03 at the developer’s request, saying the reorder would let the developer complete work and then proceed with other zoning matters. The motion to change the order was approved by roll call, 9-0.
