Staff said the existing Bobcat has had frequent repairs and that the new vehicle has an expected service life of roughly 15–20 years and typically carries a three-year factory warranty.
Board appointments and reappointments
Council approved several board actions: reappointment of Annie Fenton to the Board of Ethics (term to 09/15/2028), appointment of Paul Alexopoulos and alternates Adam Lane and Scott Manning to the Zoning Board of Appeals, and reappointments to the Board of Review including Ralph Haney, Jeff Heng and Vince McBride (terms to 12/31/2026). One reappointment prompted council discussion after an email of concern arrived that morning; council approved with a caveat to monitor the issue.
