Staff said the denial is being placed in the planning commission record so it will be traceable if the applicant returns in the future with new documentation addressing the water and PFAS issues.
No formal commission vote on the denial was recorded; the action was described as an administrative denial tied to the interjurisdictional infrastructure condition with Mead County.
