Box Elder planners recommend approval of minor plat consolidating former Chug Liquor parcel

Michelle Clavadachar, planner for the City of Box Elder, told the Planning Commission on Feb. 10 that the applicant seeks to consolidate three tax parcels within the city limits — including the parcel that formerly housed Chug Liquor Store — into a single lot in Box Elder Subdivision No. 3, Lot 2R, Block 1. "The proposed lot to result from that exceeds the minimum square feet requirement for the lot size of 10,000 square feet," she said. The consolidated parcel also exceeds minimum frontage requirements for the applicable zoning categories.
