Committee unanimously advances technical resolution to remove bracketed titles from Utah Constitution publications

Representative Peterson moved the committee to recommend SJR 2 favorably; summations were waived and the committee advanced the resolution unanimously out of committee.
SJR 2 was treated as a technical, low‑controversy measure and will move forward in the legislative process with the committee’s favorable recommendation.
