Muskego approves INPROL site plan for Lucille Business Park with screening, landscaping conditions

The Muskego City Planning Commission approved a building-site and operation plan for INPROL at the northwest corner of Mercury Drive and Saturn Drive during its Feb. 3 meeting, adding a condition to enhance screening and landscaping.
Staff described the project as a roughly 30,000-square-foot facility combining office areas and a larger warehouse with southern-facing truck docks. The plan shows about 30 parking spaces and a layout intended to accommodate multiple shifts. Staff recommended approval subject to standard engineering review, landscaping, and rooftop mechanical screening.
A commissioner asked staff to clarify rooftop mechanical screening on all sides. The commission voted to add that requirement and approved the amended resolution unanimously. Staff also recommended additional west-side landscaping near the dumpster area and noted shared parking arrangements with an adjacent INPROL property in the business park.
Next steps for the project include civil engineering review and formal landscape plan submission as the project proceeds to permitting.
