The Ellettsville Town Council on Feb. 2 approved several administrative and capital items in a special session while tabling proposed changes to Heritage Center rental rules.
Council voted to adopt Resolution 03-20-26 to repeal the prior labor-and-equipment schedule (Resolution 30-20-25) and set the town’s Department of Public Works charges. "This is a housekeeping matter," staff said when introducing the resolution, noting the update follows a separate IURC filing and removes overlapping provisions. The resolution passed by roll-call vote with Scott Holdo, William Ellis, Pamela Samples and Trevor Sager recorded as voting yes.
