Cedar Falls council adopts alley reconstruction plan, passes ordinance and routine calendars

Separately, the council passed Ordinance No. 3,139 on second consideration establishing that general property tax for the North Cedar Estates urban renewal area be paid to a special fund for payment of loans, bonds and indebtedness associated with that urban renewal area. The council also approved consent calendar items and most resolution calendar items, and approved item 14 (FY 2027 city council goals, work program and financial plan) while noting the strategic plan’s finalization will be completed internally by staff.
