2) Myers Park subdivision amendment (PLZ 25‑1008): The commission approved a staff‑recommended plat amendment to combine Lots 112 and 113 at 11735 South Myers Park Lane into a single lot, clearing the way for a homeowner to expand a yard (applicant: Sage Homes / Rachel Lofar). The motion passed unanimously.
3) Jiffy Lube amended site plan (PLZ 25‑8018): The commission approved an amendment to allow trim/color changes already started by the owner, conditioned so the work is limited to the specific trim areas shown in submitted photos; the commission recorded unanimous approval and staff will verify the finished work matches the approved submittal.
Next steps: The Planning Commission’s recommendation on the development agreement will be considered by the City Council, which controls disposition of city land and final approvals. The Myers Park plat will be recorded with Salt Lake County and staff will confirm compliance; the Jiffy Lube condition will be enforced via inspection.
