Personnel policy: Council approved Resolution 04‑2026 amending the city personnel policy handbook to waive the facility reservation deposit for city employees as an in‑kind benefit; employees still must sign contractual documents and remain responsible for any damages or costs.
Quarterly audit: City manager Warnke presented the quarterly audit summary, noting items between $10,000 and $50,000 are shown for council information and observing that garbage tipping fees are increasing with city growth. A council member asked about an item description that appeared to list a contractor as a supplier; staff said the accounting report sometimes shows the first itemized description from vendor invoices and committed to follow up with details.
