Council approved a rezoning and preliminary subdivision plan for a 21.13-acre Empire Companies multifamily development at the southwest corner of West 69th Street and South Beale Avenue (rezoning to RA3 Apartment Residential High Density, ord. #0213612025), with the preliminary plan passed in a separate vote.
