On return, the Board reported that Supervisors Wilson, Arroyo and Madrone voted in favor of initiating litigation while Supervisors Bone and Bushnell voted against it.
The county said defendants and other particulars will be disclosed on inquiry unless doing so would jeopardize the county's ability to effect service on unserved parties or would jeopardize settlement negotiations, referencing the statutory exceptions cited in the closed‑session announcement.
